PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing smoke and smell of tobacco is provided to have advantage capable of keeping the indoor pleasantly by letting only cleanly purified air exhausted. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (1) for removing smoke and smell of tobacco comprises a case body (2) which is installed in a movable manner in the state of being equipped with a supporter capable of standing vertically on the floor of a room, or the top of a desk or a table; an inlet port (23) which is formed in the state of being open so as to inhale the external air through one side of the upper part (21) of the case body; a blower (5) which is installed in a rotatable manner with the power of a motor mounted within the inlet port to inhale the external air; a UV lamp which is installed to be fixed in the inner side of the lower part of the case body to be positioned in the lower part of the blower; an electric dust collector which is mounted on the upper part of the UV lamp to collect foreign substances such as dust and tobacco ashes contained in the air inhaled by the blower, and to generate anions; first and second filters (9a,9b) which is installed in a two-stage of up and down in a detachable manner in the inner side of the lower part of the case body so as to be positioned in the lower part of the UV lamp; and an outlet port which is formed in one side of the lower part of the case body between the supporter and the second filter so as to exhaust the air, which has been inhaled by the blower and passed the inner side of the lower part of the case body, and the first and second filters, in the lower part of the case body.
