METHOD FOR SELECTING THERAPEUTIC APPROACH FOR TREATMENT OF MECHANICAL WOUNDS OF LIMBS FOLLOWING AUTODERMOGRAFTING

A method for selecting the therapeutic approach for the treatment of the mechanical wounds of the limbs following autodermografting consists in running a contour of the wound on the sterile transparent film followed by transfer of the pattern onto the linear graph paper. The successful retention of autodermograft is confirmed by laser Doppler flowmetry. The contours of the viable graft are transferred onto the linear graph paper, and the relative area of engraftment is finally calculated.
