PURPOSE: A gold trading system and a gold trading method thereof are provided to implement a transparent trading system for a buyer and a seller by using a spot goods right. CONSTITUTION: A gold trading server receives the weight information of gold and the rebate information from a trading terminal of a gold seller (S1). The gold trading server receives the weight information of gold to be purchased from a purchasing terminal of a gold purchaser (S2). The gold trading server calculates the price of gold according to the weight form the received weight information for purchase.
