An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent the deterioration of picture quality such as flicker generated on a screen, by applying different frame rate control modes according to driving type of the LCD. A timing controller(108) generates at least one control signal according to an inversion driving mode. A plurality of frame rate controllers perform frame rate control. A data driver(106) supplies the frame rate controlled data. The timing controller selects at least one of the frame rate controllers according to the control signal. The frame rate controllers are respectively driven by respective frame rate control modes. Each of the frame rate controllers includes a first frame rate controller(110a) and a second frame rate controller(110b), which are driven by different frame control modes. |
