PURPOSE: An antenna device of a portable terminal is provided to secure the performance of an antenna and to reinforce intensity by using at least one metal piece in the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mainboard (110) processes an RF signal through an antenna element (113). The antenna element resonates by receiving power from the mainboard. A housing (12) forms the outer appearance of a portable terminal. The housing is formed by attaching a plurality of metal pieces (121) to a non-conductive mold. At least one metal piece of the housing is electrically connected to the ground surface of the mainboard.
