A heating-cooking furnace includes body with smoke offtake tube. In the body furnace with fire bars and loading doors for loading solid fuel are placed, ashpit with door for ash removal, between the furnace and the smoke offtake tube a gate is installed. To the ashpit under the fire bars roasters are installed with gaps, those are arranged as metal tubes with cuts in the lower section and supports at the ends of the tubes. Possibility of baking food is provided at keeping to technology of its preparation, removal of condensation and formation of carcinogenic compounds. |
