The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, namely to the equipment of fat-and-oil industry for extraction of oil from oil-based seeds and can be used in food industry and in agriculture. A twin-screw extruder comprises a working chamber formed by serially connected: a feed section, sections with impermeable enclosure walls heated by external electrical heating elements, pressing sections and a die, and inside along entire length of the chamber two shafts are arranged in parallel with inserted thereon alternately interconnected screw nozzles and groups of triangular cam nozzles, and on the shafts cylindrically conical nozzles are installed in the same plane towards each other, while each of them is formed as a part, which consists of two cylindrical and truncated surfaces between them, while the length of truncated conical figure is larger than the length of cylindrical surfaces of the nozzle. The disclosed cylindrical- conical nozzles have a fairly simple design, do not require a significant investment in manufacturing, and disclosed press extruder provides increased quantity of extracted oil. |
