PURPOSE: A passive core cooling system improves safety by measuring online the radiation of a reactor cooling water in real time. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water radiation measurement device (13) is installed on the exterior wall of a reactor container. The reactor cooling water radiation measurement device operates by an independent battery power. A pressure accumulator (11) has an opening and closing valve. An exhaust valve (12) is connected to a measured value signal of the reactor cooling water radiation measurement device. The exhaust valve operates by battery power. |
