PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored adhesive which is used for realizing various colors with various density or luminosities, the application/removal of which is facilitated and which is excellent in adhesiveness and external appearance when applied and to provide a method for producing the colored adhesive and a marking film using the colored adhesive. SOLUTION: The acrylic colored adhesive contains a (meth)acrylic polymer having a carboxy group, a pigment or a dyestuff, another (meth)acrylic polymer which contains no aromatic vinyl monomer and has an amino group, and a cross-linking agent. The method for producing the acrylic colored adhesive and the marking film having a base film layer and an adhesive layer consisting of the acrylic colored adhesive are provided.
