<p>The present invention is related to the field of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of various disease states, particularly neoplastic diseases and autoimmune diseases. It especially relates to the oral application of bendamustine and its derivatives. The invention further relates to a process for preparing a pharmaceutical composition which comprises bendamustine and its derivatives prepared by hot melt extrusion using pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The invention also relates to such pharmaceutical compositions and hot melt extrudates.</p> |
