PURPOSE: A wire saw equipped with beads of the different external diameter is provided to secure excellent cutting efficiency by the other beads with large diameter having large diameter in an initial cutting process by successively arraying two or more beads having different external diameter to a wire at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw equipped with beads of the different external diameter comprises a wire (10), a bead (20), and a resin layer (30). The wire is extended in a longitudinal direction. Two or more beads where the external diameter is formed on the outer circumference of the wire are alternately arrayed. The resin layer fills a gap between the beads fixed to the wire for improving the cohesion.
