PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for generating source files on a flat form module are provided for users to develop various application programs by defining source files related to CONFIG. CONSTITUTION: A module selecting unit (200) selects a flat form module based on automotive open system architecture. A unit (300) for determining the format of source files determines the format of the source file required to generate the flat form module based on the automotive open system architecture.
