PURPOSE: A protection circuit system having a detection signal variation reducing function and a protection circuit composing the same correctly check the status of a battery by reducing a current variation. CONSTITUTION: A load (30) charges a battery. A protection circuit (110) is arranged between the battery and the load. The protection circuit prevents the over-discharge, over-charge, and over-current of the battery. A first resistor (R1) is arranged between the battery and the protection circuit in series. A second resistor is arranged between the battery and the protection circuit in parallel.
