PURPOSE: A bubble generator for instant food is provided to give boiling effects in visual, auditory and tactile ways right after pouring hot water into a container or after certain time is passed. CONSTITUTION: A foaming part (11) comprises foaming material which generates bubbles when touching with water. An external skin part (12) coats whole or a part of a foaming part surface or embeds the foaming part. A foaming material generates one of O2, CO2 and N2 bubbles when touching with water. The foaming material comprises one or more potassium hydrogen carbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate. The foaming material additionally includes citric acid. A weight ratio of potassium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate and a mixture thereof to citric acid is 1:0.8-1.2. A soluble material comprises one or more of gelatin, sugar, and starch. |
