摘要 PURPOSE: A method of the molding process of a high strength magnesium plate and a high strength magnesium plate molding component subjected to the molding process thereby are provided to manufacture the high strength magnesium plate and the high strength magnesium plate molding component through the local softening process by the rapid heating. CONSTITUTION: A method of the molding process of magnesium plate through the local softening process comprises the following steps of: locally increasing the elongation by heat-treating only the portion required for the molding process of the H-temper magnesium plate that is not performed with annealing heat treatment; molding the local softened magnesium plate; performing the local softening at the temperature of 150 to 400°C; performing the local softening in line by rapid heat-treatment for 1 to 120 seconds; and performing the heat-treatment by any one of heating element selected from a group consisting of a high frequency, a laser, and a halogen lamp.
