PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and low-priced call center system for which it is not necessary to install any large-scaled facility such as a private branch exchange PBX, and to provide a control method of the call center system. SOLUTION: The call center system includes a server and a calling-side information storage means, The server uses a call control protocol to control communication between a calling-side terminal and a called-side terminal. The calling-side information storage means stores calling-side information corresponding to calling-side identification information at the calling-side terminal and provides the calling-side information to the server. The server includes: a receiving means for receiving a first call control protocol having a first communication establishment request from a first calling-side terminal; an incoming call switching means for determining a first called-side terminal based on the first call control protocol; and a calling-side information retrieving means for retrieving first calling-side information from the calling-side information storage means based on first calling-side identification information in the first call control protocol. The server controls communication establishment for the first called-side terminal and transmits to the first called-side terminal the first calling-side information displayed on the first called-side terminal.
