PURPOSE: An interlayer sound insulation material is provided to block noise generated in impact and efficiently disperse and remove impact and vibration. CONSTITUTION: An interlayer sound insulation material includes a shock-absorbing panel and a shock-absorbing support unit. The shock-absorbing panel is formed by integrally laminating PE foam on the bottom surface and NEO foam on the upper surface. The shock-absorbing unit is arranged at a predetermined interval on the bottom surface of the shock-absorbing panel. The shock-absorbing support unit comprises cross-linked foam (6), a bundle of shock-absorbing coils (7), and an EVA foaming pad (8).
