PURPOSE: A wire reel for welding is provided to prevent wires from being tangled and to prevent a drum from excessively rotating. CONSTITUTION: A wire reel for welding comprises a drum (110), a bracket (120), a spring (130), a pressurizing nut (140), and a plate (150) for preventing wear. A wire is reeled to the drum and the drum comprises flanges at both sides. The bracket is connected to the drum by a shaft, and pivotally supports the drum. The spring is installed at the shaft, and pressurizes one side of the drum. The pressurizing nut is installed at the shaft, and pressurizes the other side of the drum by a nut. The plate for preventing wear reduces the wear generated on a contact part between the pressurizing nut and drum. The side of the drum is declined, and comprises a dented part so that the pressurizing nut does not protrude outside of the drum. |
