PURPOSE: A wire harness manufacturing method improves the productivity of manufacturing by mounting a wire alignment jig on a circular work plate. CONSTITUTION: A first wire harness is arranged on a wire alignment jig (S101). The wire alignment jig is mounted on a jig attaching member (S102). A jig block is moved to a second work process (S103). The excess part of a wire is cut (S104). A compressed part of a terminal of the wire is removed (S105). [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S101) Arrange and locate a first wire harness on a wire alignment jig (first conveyor); (S102) Mount the wire alignment jig on a jig attaching member of a circular work plate at a first work place (P1); (S103) Move to a second work place (P2) with the circular/rotary work plate; (S104) Cut extra parts of the wire's cutting area; (S105) Remove a compressed part of a terminal of the wire; (S106) Move to a third work place (P3) with an circular/rotary jig block; (S107) Compress a terminal on the removed part of the wire strand; (S108) Move to a fourth work place (P4) with the circular/rotary jig block; (S109) Separate the wire alignment jig from the jig attaching member of the circular work plate; (S110) Separate a complete wire harness from the wire alignment jig (second conveyor); (S111) Align the wire alignment jig into place; (S112) Inspect the complete wire harness; (S113) Carry the circular/rotary jig block to the first work place (P1) |
