摘要 PURPOSE: A nano-particle formation device using a spark discharger and an electric charger and a particle size controlling method are provided to expand particle size range and to obtain reliability in the uniformity of particle size. CONSTITUTION: A nano-particle formation device comprises an electric discharge unit(10) and an electric charge unit(30). The electric discharge unit evaporates the surface of electrode composed of first metals and making the particles thereof. The electric charge part charges the first metal particle discharged from the discharge part with identical electric charge or different electric charge. The electric charge part comprises a particle charger including an ionizer and a corona discharger. A particle size controlling method comprises the following steps: evaporating the first metal by spark discharging and making particles thereof; charging the first metal particle with identical electric charge or different electric charge; and separating or coagulating the first metal particles.
