The block (1) has two metal clamps (2a, 2b) fixedly mounted to a metal plate (3) that exhibits pre-determined thickness. The metal plate comprises two sides that are formed opposite to each other. An edge strip is arranged between the two sides of the metal plate, where a fire-resistant plastic frame (4) encloses the edge strip. The plastic frame partially extends on the two sides of the metal plate and comprises a U-shaped cross-section. The plastic frame is made of a thermoplastic material i.e. polybutylene terephthalate, and attached at the metal plate by injection-molding process. |
