PURPOSE: A service mash-up system and a method for a mash-up of linked data and open API are provided to express various data types with a consistent data structure and reflect the data types to the system so that the mash-up of the different data type is possible. CONSTITUTION: The data parser (104) acquires variable data from service registration request information for service registration. A mash-up standard data generator (106) converts the data into a preset standard data type. If the service due to the service registration request information is a single-service, a service register (108) issues the single-service by using the converted data and stores the single-service in a service storing place. If the service due to the service registration request is the mash-up service, the service register generates the single-services included in the mash-up service or the mesh or the service clones in respect to the mash-up services.
