PURPOSE: A waterproof light weight concrete composition is provided to offer excellent lightness, waterproof property, compressive strength, thermal insulation property, fire resistance, sound absorbing property, and construction property by containing cement, a foaming agent, aggregate, and a reinforcing agent in an optimum ratio. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof light weight concrete composition contains 100 parts by weight of purified water, 50-50 parts by weight of cement, 3-4 parts by weight of foaming agent, 30-35 parts by weight of aggregate, and 20-30 parts by weight of reinforcing agent. The foaming agent is formed of more than one compound selected from casein and an alkyl ether sulfate ester salt aqueous solution. The reinforcing agent is formed of a polypropylene fiber. The cement is pozzolan or Portland cement. The aggregate is formed of materials selected from sand, Styrofoam, yellow soil, and silica. |
