PURPOSE: An oil filtering device having a pressure difference reduction structure is provided to make oil flow through a second passage to a filter element without passing through a cooler by using a thermostat valve using characteristics of wax reacting within a specific temperature range if the temperature of the oil is less than a predetermined temperature which is not needed to be cooled. CONSTITUTION: An oil filtering device having a pressure difference reduction structure includes a filter housing unit (2), a filter element, a cooler (6), a first passage, a second passage, and a thermostat valve (8). The filter housing unit includes an oil inflow port and an oil outflow port. The filter element is embedded in the filter housing. The cooler cools oil and sends the oil to the filter element. The first passage reaches the filter element via the cooler. The second passage reaches the filter element without passing through the cooler. The thermostat valve determines the flow of the oil to the first passage or the second passage by using a thermostat element extending or contracting in the longitudinal direction depending on the temperature of the oil.
