PURPOSE: A thermocouple in which the contact with junction for measuring temperatures of a heating cylinder of injection molded devices is improved is provided to precisely measure heating temperatures of the heating cylinder by the junction as the tensile force of a tension spring is intensively applied to the junction. CONSTITUTION: A thermocouple (1) in which the contact with junction for measuring temperatures of a heating cylinder of injection molded devices comprises a mounting component (3), a temperature measuring junction (4), a heating detecting wire, an interlock metal hose (6), a tension spring (7), a cap (8), and a transfer body (9). The mounting component is fixed in a hole (21) for measuring temperatures of the heating cylinder of the injection molded devices by screws. The temperature measuring junction is inserted into the hole for measuring temperatures through the mounting component. One end of the heating detecting wire is coated with an insulating unit (51) while being connected to the junction and the other end is drawn to the outside of the heating cylinder. The interlock metal hose is installed in a state surrounding the insulating unit of the heating detecting wire. The tension spring is installed in a state surrounding the interlock metal hose. The cap is fixed to a front end unit (71) of the tension spring surrounding the interlock metal hose. The transfer body is fixed to the end of the tension spring. |
