PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to reduce a thickness by inducing light from a light emitting unit to the outside using a resin layer without a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: At least one light emitting unit (130) is formed on a printed circuit board (110). A resin layer (150) is formed on the light emitting unit to bury the light emitting unit. A diffusion plate (290) is formed on the upper surface of the resin layer. The diffusion plate uniformly diffuses light which passes through the resin layer. A protrusive reflection pattern is formed on one of the upper surface of the printed circuit board and the lower surface of the diffusion plate. An air layer (280) is formed between the diffusion plate and the resin layer.
