PURPOSE: A zoom barrel attaching type tilting device is provided to be mounted on the lower end of the zoom barrel of a microscope, thereby coaxially mating the light path of the zoom barrel and the tilting device and compensating a tilting side according to the height of a specimen. CONSTITUTION: A zoom barrel attaching type tilting device includes a cylindrical holder assembly(10), a first guide(20), a working distance stage(30), a tilting stage(40), and Z stage(50). The cylindrical holder assembly(10) moves along the X-axis and/or Y-axis with the zoom barrel(60) of a microscope as the center by a X-axis micro control knob(12) and/or Y-axis micro control knob(14). The first guide(20) is vertically formed in the lower end of the cylindrical holder assembly(10). The working distance stage(30) is inserted into the first guide(20) in parallel with the cylindrical holder assembly(10). The working distance stage(30) moves up and down along the first guide(20) by a working stage control knob(32). The tilting stage(40) is positioned between the cylindrical holder assembly(10) and the working distance stage(30). A second arm plate(44) is inserted into a rotary shaft(36) of a first arm plate(34) which is formed on the working distance stage(30). The tilting stage(40) rotates around the rotary shaft(36) against the working distance stage(30) left and right by a tilting stage control knob(42). The Z stage(50) is positioned between the cylindrical holder assembly(10) and the working distance stage(30). More than two second guides(54) are vertically formed on the lower portion of the Z stage(50). The two second guides(54) are inserted into the holes formed on the tilting stage(40). The Z stage(50) moves up and down along the Z-axis by a Z stage control knob(52). |
