PURPOSE: A light semiconductor-based lighting device is provided to improve heat dissipation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting module (300) comprises at least more than one semiconductor optical device. SMPS is connected to the light emitting module. Housing (500) accommodates the SMPS by being arranged closely to the light emitting module. A first heat dissipation unit (100) is positioned inside of the housing. A second heat dissipation unit (200) is arranged radially outside of the housing. The second heat dissipation unit comprises a heat pipe assembly (210) connected with the light emitting module.
