PURPOSE: A device and a method for displaying a web page are provided to control/display a main frame and a subframe according to a vertical/horizontal relation, thereby arranging frames as a user intends and being easily utilized based on an operational system similar to a window. CONSTITUTION: A main frame generating unit (210) is generated within a web page displaying domain and generates a main frame subordinate to a web page. A subframe generating unit (220) is generated within a main frame displaying domain and generates a subframe displaying unit content. A frame control unit (230) generates a frame change command for the main frame and the subframe, thereby controlling the same. A frame interworking unit (240) automatically generates a frame change command in respect to the subframe corresponding to the frame change command, thereby controlling the subframe.
