摘要 FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: basic axis is aligned onto the first mark with the help of the first sighting device and is fixed in the space. The installed product is coupled with the second sighting channel by means of its insertion into the product channel. The second sighting channel is aligned by means of product rotation to the adjacent distant mark to the first one, which is installed with account of parallax. The second sighting channel is turned around its longitudinal axis by a semicircumference. At the same time after alignment of the second sighting channel to the second distant mark by means of product rotation in the space, angular movements of the product are measured in horizontal and vertical planes. The produced values are memorised. After rotation of the second sighting channel by the semicircumference around its longitudinal axis by means of product rotation in the space, the second sighting channel is repeatedly aligned to the second distant mark. Angular positions of the product are measured in horizontal and vertical planes. Average values of angular positions of the product are measured in horizontal and vertical planes are calculated. The mismatch angles are defined between current and average position of the product in the horizontal and vertical planes. Afterwards the product is turned in the horizontal and vertical planes by the specified mismatch angles. The device for alignment of the lengthy product axis comprises a panel of alignment control, a sighting channel with a drive of vertical alignment, a drive of horizontal alignment of a sighting channel, a drive of vertical and horizontal alignment of the product, a unit of vertical mismatch, a unit of horizontal mismatch, a sensor of a vertical alignment angle, a sensor of a horizontal alignment angle, four memorising devices, two double-channel switchboards, two summators, two division units, four subtraction units.EFFECT: reduced error of alignment related to misalignment of a body and a TV camera of an instrument.2 cl, 2 dwg
