FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for smoking meat and fish products. The combined press smoke generator is continuous in terms of operation principle and includes a smoke generation chamber where vacuum or overpressure can be created by means of the mechanism embedded therein, the mechanism consisting of a burner head, a drive of high-speed and low-speed rotation that respectively provide for the mode of sawdust smouldering burning and friction smoke generation from pressed sawdust that, in its turn, fills the burner head and provides for the smoke generation chamber tightness thanks to the main compression mechanism with a feeding auger, equipped with a controllable drive and an accumulator bin; both the main compression chamber and the ash pressing-out ash chamber equipped with hydraulic power units by way of a power element. The smoke generator work consists in the following: with the help of the piston power unit, sawdust is pressed into the burner head representing a cylindrical space. Positioned along the cylinder generatrices is a set of blades arranged at specific pitch. Pressed-on sawdust, under the pressure of fresh sawdust portions, cuts into the gaps between the blades due to increased pressure with burning commencing as a result of external heat supply. Ash is poured down into the ash removal device thus to vacate place for fresh sawdust portions within the burning zone. Embedded into the burner head is a cone that is capable of rotation when the drive is actuated; because of friction between the compressed sawdust and the friction cone a high temperature occurs within the contact zone which also results in smoke generation. For removal of ash a piston press envisaged in the lower part of the burning chamber. The burning chamber mechanism is designed so that the burner head is capable of slow rotation with the help of the drive. Envisaged is a reflector that amplifies concentration of heat effect within the burning zone ensuring uniform delivery and distribution of air delivered within the burning zone.EFFECT: creation of a smoke generator fit for smoke generation by way of both the friction method and that of sawdust soldering under the effect of external heat supply, enabling extension the technological properties of smoke generated and energy expenditure reduction.5 dwg |
