The stake (10) has a rigid body (12) extending along an axis (14), and a stent made of plastic material. A flexible extrusion (16) is fixed in the body in a reversible way. An opening (18) is formed on the body and crossed through the extrusion, and comprises a maintaining unit (24) for maintaining the extrusion. A base (26) of the flexible extrusion and the opening are arranged on a level of the body such that the extrusion forms a loop when the extrusion is maintained within the opening, where the loop is extended perpendicular to a plane axis. An independent claim is also included for a stake assembly.
