FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: power support system for a rail joint comprises a central power support element arranged at the side of the rail foot in the area of the joint, and this element is installed symmetrically relative to the opening between joint sleepers, and also at least two peripheral power support elements arranged in openings between sleepers adjacent to the joint. Each power support element is made as assembled from two identical angles reinforced with transverse stiffening ribs. Angles by means of coupling bolts under rails in the plane of the longitudinal axis of the latter are fixed to each other via an elastic gasket with their vertically aligned shelves-aprons, forming a cross section with a tee profile, attached to tails with the help of their hooks, made on the outer edges of the horizontal shelf of the produced tee and covering edges of the rail foot with pressing. Near each support element between the rail foot and the horizontal shelves of angles there is a noise-insulating gasket.EFFECT: reduced level of vertical and angular movements of rails, fixed in the joint area in a cantilever manner, and also tipping of sleepers caused by bends at the moment of wheel passing over the joint area.8 cl, 5 dwg |
