Proposed device comprises intake 12 with observation window and cooling system 20. Besides, it comprises inlet 14 of intake 12 and outlet 18 therefrom. Cooling system 20 comprises coolant circuit pipeline 22, device 27 for thermal communication between coolant and liquid refrigerant flowing in aircraft central cooling system 30 liquid refrigerant circuit pipeline 28 and intake temperature and/or temperature distribution control device 32.
