FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used at NC grinders for polishing parts from ceramics in the form of solid of revolution with curvilinear profile. Proposed machine tool comprises the bed with guides, headstock to mount the part to be machined, main drive, carriage with slider, turntable with machining assy. Measuring assembly consisting of positioning device, transducer and servo drives is located on said turntable. Turntable supports device for automatic referencing of machining assy to machined part inner surface equipped with laser transducer. Control outputs of the main drive, carriage drive, slider, turntable, transducer, laser transducer and servo drives are connected to inputs of machine NC system interfaces.EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.3 cl |
