FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: carriage display panel includes an information display with a light-emitting diode line and a power supply, said display being mounted in the housing and made on a transparent sheet. The panel is further provided with an encoder which is connected to a processor and is mounted on a bearing box on the axle of the carriage wheel. The power supply is in form of a photodiode plate with a capacitor, to which the light-emitting diode is connected, mounted on a transparent sheet.
