The photovoltaic solar panel (10) comprises a support (14) presenting a solar reception face and photovoltaic cells (12) installed in the support, where the photovoltaic cells present operable surface elements and produce electric charges when the surface elements receive a light radiation, and the electric charges produced by the photovoltaic cells are collected to form an electrical current of the solar panel. The operable surface elements are tilted compared to the reception face of the support so that a sum of surfaces of the operable surface elements is higher than a reception surface. The photovoltaic solar panel (10) comprises a support (14) presenting a solar reception face and photovoltaic cells (12) installed in the support, where the reception face includes a reception surface, the photovoltaic cells present operable surface elements and produce electric charges when the operable surface elements receive a light radiation, and the electric charges produced by the photovoltaic cells are collected to form an electrical current of the solar panel. The operable surface elements are tilted compared to the reception face of the support so that a sum of surfaces of the operable surface elements is higher than the reception surface. The operable surface elements are embedded with a transparent material (24) including a photoluminescent body. The photoluminescent body increases the production of electric charges of each of the photovoltaic cells when the light radiation crosses the transparent material so that an electrical current output of the solar panel is increased. Each of the photovoltaic cells presents only one operable surface element that is approximately plane. The photovoltaic cells are arranged in the support so that the operable surface elements are alternatively tilted compared to the reception face of the support. The photovoltaic cells are made of bands that are freely adjusted in and out in the support. The bands are tilted compared to the face of reception at an angle of 40-60[deg] so that a quotient of the sum of the active surfaces and the reception surface is 1.3-2. The transparent material has a contact surface in contact with the operable surface elements and an opposed surface approximately parallel with the reception face. The transparent material is a polymeric material. The photoluminescent body absorbs a fraction of the light radiation corresponding to first range wavelengths to re-emit a radiation corresponding to second range wavelengths. The photoluminescent body is an organic pigment and includes various types of photoluminescent compounds.
