A traction device (50) disposed between a vehicle body and a carriage to transmit front-rear direction load and to suppress the transmission of vibrations in a left-right direction includes: a coaxially disposed inner cylinder (52); an outer cylinder (54) installed coaxially with the inner cylinder (52); and laminated rubber members (57, 57)(consisting of rubber plates (56) and intermediate plates (58) that are alternately laminated) connecting the inner cylinder (52) and the outer cylinder (54). The laminated rubber members (57, 57) are disposed with their compression (tensile) direction aligned with the longitudinal direction of the carriage via a central pin.</p>
