A heat resistant and wear-resistant nanometer bearing fan comprises a fan frame (22) located at the bottom. A case (20) is located above the fan frame (22), and multiple fan blades (21) surround the case (20) and are arranged into a ring in a staggered manner. A ring magnetic sheet (30) is provided in and closely attached to the case (20). Multiple layers of silicon steel sheets (32) are stacked up in the magnetic sheet (30). A coil is wound on the silicon steel sheets (32) and is arranged into a ring in the magnetic sheet (30), and a nanometer bearing is placed at the center thereof. A motor revolving shaft (12) is located in the nanometer bearing. A circuit board (31) is connected to the coil wound on the silicon steel sheets (32). Further, the nanometer bearing comprises an outer ring (11) and inner rings (10). The inner rings (10) are two separate ring structures arranged up and down, and the middle portion is an accommodating cavity (100). Oil storage cotton (13) is disposed in the accommodating cavity (100). The outer ring (11) and the inner rings (10) are manufactured by using a nanometer material. The heat resistant and wear-resistant nanometer bearing fan has strong heat resistant and wear-resistant capabilities. |
