PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uplink interference between a mobile station UE#1 for which TA is controlled using "TA" in a cell #1 and a mobile station UE#2 for which TA is controlled using "TA" in a cell #11.SOLUTION: In the wireless base station eNB: a receiver 21 calculates "TA" on the basis of a propagation delay Tin the cell #1, which is the time difference between the timing of transmission of a first uplink signal at the mobile station UE#1 and the timing of reception of the first uplink signal at the wireless base station eNB; and a transmitter 22 transmits, as "TA", the sum of the original "TA" and the offset (DL/UL OFFSET) between the propagation delay Tin the cell #1 and a propagation delay Tin the cell #11, which is the time difference between the timing of transmission of a second uplink signal at a mobile station UE#2 and the timing of reception of the second uplink signal at the wireless base station eNB. |
