PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-crystal lens, a display device and an electronic apparatus which are capable of highly precisely controlling the distribution of electric fields applied to liquid crystal with a small number of electrodes.SOLUTION: A liquid-crystal lens includes: a plurality of first electrodes; a second electrode opposed to the first electrodes; and a liquid-crystal layer provided between the first electrodes and the second electrode. Among the first electrodes, those receiving relatively low voltages applied thereto are provided more adjacently to each other than those receiving relatively high voltages applied thereto.
