PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device which can maintain a rust-inhibiting performance over a longer period of time.SOLUTION: A rolling device is characterized in that: a film comprising a metal less noble than iron is formed through shot peening, on a surface of at least one component among components comprising a steel base material that constitutes a rolling bearing; and a lubricant that contains 0.1-5 mass% of carboxylate-based rust inhibitor is enclosed. |
