PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinated communication apparatus and method which can effectively improve communication performance of an edge terminal.SOLUTION: The method may include: a power information receiving step for receiving from a scheduler either SRS reception power information for each cell of the scheduler at each terminal belonging to the coordinator or SINR information estimated from an SRS value and IoT; a terminal distinction information generating step for generating terminal distinction information regarding whether each terminal is an edge terminal on the basis of either the SRS reception power information or the estimated SINR information received; an interference relationship information generating step for generating interference relationship information between the terminals and the cells on the basis of either the SRS reception power information or the estimated SINR received; and a step of transmitting to the scheduler the terminal distinction information and the interference relationship information generated.
