PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a laser optical element in which occurence of fixing failure of an optical element can be prevented.SOLUTION: A laser optical element includes: an optical element holder 17 having an optical element contact portion 23; an elastic body 19 that engages with an optical element 7 on an opposite side from the optical element contact portion 23 and is provided to the optical element holder 17; and an optical element fixed body 21 that includes an engaged portion 29, is positioned at a given position with respect to the optical element holder 17 by the engaged portion 29 being engaged with an engaging portion 31 provided to the optical element holder 17, and cooperates with the optical element contact portion 23 to sandwich the optical element 7 and the elastic body 19 so as to push the optical element 7 by the elastic body 19. |
