PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cogeneration system which does not cause the risk of a failure in an alternating current auxiliary device and a hot water storage tank at the time of an open phase of a neutral line even though an electric leakage breaker with a neutral line open phase protection function used in the conventional practice is eliminated.SOLUTION: In a cogeneration system 1 including a power generator (fuel battery unit 2) comprising alternating current auxiliary devices 35, 41, a power conditioner 3A for converting electric power outputted from the power generator 2 into a single-phase alternating current power to output the single-phase alternating current power, a single-phase three-wire system electric circuit 3C comprising two electric power lines 3U, 3V and one neutral line 3N, and a hot water storage tank 4 for storing hot water heated by waste-heat of the power generator 2, all of the alternating current auxiliary devices 35, 41 and the hot water storage tank 4 are moved to one side between one electric power line 3U of the single-phase three-wire system electric circuit 3C and the neutral line 3N to be electrically connected, and a momentary voltage rise detection function or momentary voltage drop detection function of an output voltage of the power conditioner 3A detects that the neutral line 3N has an open phase. |
