Disclosed is a portable diagnostic system by means of a mobile terminal. A portable diagnostic system by means of a mobile terminal according to the present invention comprises: a mobile terminal provided with a light-emitting diode (LED) and a photo detector; a diagnostic strip for collecting bodily fluid of a user; and a mobile terminal case provided with an optical pattern for reflecting light generated by the LED to the photo detector after passing through the diagnostic strip. Thus the technical benefit of allowing the state of health of a patient to be easily diagnosed is promoted.
