PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second agent for a multiagent type hair treatment agent high in stability of properties, hardly causing drop-down of a mixed agent when applying to hair or during when left to stand after application, excellent in foam retention of the mixed agent foamed on hair, further suppressing uneven decoloring or uneven dyeing to excellently decolor or dye hair.SOLUTION: The second agent of the hair treatment agent is used in a multiagent type hair treatment agent provided with at least a first agent and a second agent. The hair treatment agent is applied to hair in a state of the mixed agent after mixing being emulsion or gel, and the mixed agent applied to hair is foamed on hair to be used. The second agent for the hair treatment agent is in a state of emulsion. The second agent of the hair treatment agent includes a higher alcohol, a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant and an oxidizing agent. |
