PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a photo ampholytic compound generator has hardly been known before, no photo ampholytic compound generator having a chemical structure except the sulfanyl acid imide compound structure has not known before, a sulfanyl imide compound is a neutral molecule and is hardly water-soluble, and therefore a water-based solvent can not use the compound, and its optical decomposition efficiency is not high.SOLUTION: An onium salt having a chemical structure of a photoacid generator which is well known as a photoresist material and is widely applied receives attention, and the attention is paid to creation of a photo ampholytic compound generator having the chemical structure, to succeed in design and synthesis of a water-soluble photo ampholytic compound generator which can control efficiently acid and base by light, and it is made possible thereby to photocontrol the pH of water solutions. |
