PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a toggle structure which maintains an opened state of an over cap at a large elevation angle, exhibits a favorable snapping property, durability, and operability, and exhibits a favorable cap transfer property in an attaching process of the cap on a container.SOLUTION: A cap has a toggle structure and is integrally formed of a synthetic resin. (i) The toggle structure includes a bendable connecting piece 3a, and a pair of support members 3b arranged at both sides. (ii) The connecting piece 3a is connected to an outer circumference surface of a cap body 1 and a top plate of an over cap at both ends, is connected to the top plate 2a only at an end connected at an inner side of a peripheral edge of the top plate 2a of the over cap, includes a region having a small cross sectional thickness at a periphery of the end, and includes a recessed part on a surface on a side connected to an outer surface of the top plate 2a in a region having a small cross sectional thickness. (iii) The synthetic resin of the toggle structure includes 100-4,500 ppm of fatty acid amide (A) having a carbon double bond of an unsaturated cis structure. |
