PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera for acquiring an image that is preferable in appreciation even in imaging with low luminance.SOLUTION: An electronic camera includes an imaging element, a subject luminance detection part, a first setting part, a second setting part, a noise removal processing part, and a correction processing part. The imaging element captures an image of a subject and generates an image. The subject luminance detection part detects subject luminance. The first setting part sets a setting mode for compensating for imaging with low luminance when subject luminance is the luminance lower than a predetermined reference value. The second setting part sets a first parameter for removing noise of image data that is generated in accordance with a setting value of a setting mode, and a second parameter for correcting deterioration of image quality that occurs due to noise removal. The noise removal processing part removes noise of image data of a recording image generated by the imaging element in a setting mode on the basis of a first parameter. The correction processing part corrects the deterioration of image quality of image data of a recording image on the basis of a second parameter. |
